El tree tomato, also known as “tamarillo”, is an ovoid shaped fruit, with a smooth skin and a long stalk; its color is either red or orange. It is an exotic fruit, known by its exceptional flavor and by being a source of iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and vitamins.
