    The arracacha is a garden root vegetable originally from the Andes very well known for its distinctive flavor as well as its many nutritional benefits such as calcium and vitamin A content.

    Technical specifications

    • Innocuous product whose organoleptic characteristics (smell, color, texture, aroma and flavor) are preserved for a two-year period of time.
    • Must be preserved at a temperature of -18C°.  Do not refreeze.
    • Scientific name: Arracacia Xanthorrhiza

    The arracacha can be prepared in the oven, frying pan or cooked until tender.  This product can be used as:
