IQF frozen potato wedges

Our IQF frozen potato wedges are oil free.  The IQF process allows each wedge to be frozen rapidly and separately.

Technical specifications

  • Wedges skin color: brown.
  • Must be preserved at a temperature of -18C°.  Do not refreeze.
  • Packaging: Retail, food service, industry.
