The fruit pulp is a product that has not been fermented and that is obtained by sieving the edible part of fruits. This product can be processed in many fruit flavors and is known by being a source of different nutritional compounds such as fiber, vitamins and minerals.
- Innocuous product whose organoleptic characteristics (smell, color, texture, aroma and flavor) are preserved for a two-year period of time.
- Must be preserved at a temperature of -18C°. Do not refreeze.
This product can be prepared in a blender machine, just by adding water or milk until obtaining the desired thickness.
