    This product, known as well as “wild potatoes” and “village potatoes”, is a variation of French fries. The yellow creole potato variety is used to make the wedges;

    Originally from Colombia, this variety is a yellow thin skin tuber.  This product is an excellent source of proteins, carbohydrates, potassium, vitamins and minerals.

    • Innocuous product whose organoleptic characteristics (smell, color, texture, aroma and flavor) are preserved for a two-year period of time.
