The implementation of the transparency and business ethics program – PTEE in accordance with Chapter XIII of the basic legal circular of the “Super Intendencia de Sociedades”, allows us to prevent risks of corruption and bribery. Our program includes the code of ethics, training, and confidential reporting mechanisms to strengthen the ethical culture in business and in the execution of operations.
